headman of Evrofond Group, which belongs to some British and Spanish
families with investments in Germany , UK , Ireland , America and Spain
; Nicolas Gallagher , one of the founder and headman of Powerscourt
Capital , an investment fund in Dublin , Ireland and a representative
of Gallagher Trust.

The biggest investments Golf project in
Bulgaria received a certificate class A on 31.10.2006 in Invest
Bulgaria Agency by Stoyan Stalev – manager of the agency. Kabland Ltd –
Pomorie will realize the project Black See Golf and Country Club in the
town of Kableshkovo , Pomorie district , for 3 years.
